MBAHuman & Social Services Leadership

MBA of Human & Social Services Leadership

There are 1.8 million nonprofits in the U.S. that need leaders who are both proficient in business and management and also have a heart to serve and love others.

The MBA Human and Social Services concentration is designed for the professional who desires advancement to a leadership role in a non-profit, governmental, or social service program. Courses will help you integrate concepts of knowledge in managing interdisciplinary relationships including secondary trauma, program planning, development, evaluation, and grant writing. Classes from Legal Issues and Risk Management to Strategies for Human and Social Services Program Planning will help you become a well-rounded leader. This program offers fully online or hybrid options. Both available avenues provide a high-quality curriculum taught by capable and experienced faculty members who commit to helping you succeed.
