GPSMaster of Business Administration

The MVNU School of Graduate & Professional Studies is proud to offer a Master of Business Administration degree program that is intentionally designed for ambitious adults to get a high-quality education while maintaining personal and professional responsibilities.

All of our graduate business degrees offer students an engaging curriculum that will equip them with the skills necessary to become competent, confident, and informed leaders in today's marketplace — leaders who are able to plan projects, achieve goals, and meet the expectations of today's business world with integrity.

As an MBA student, you will study the essential areas of business, learning the most advanced theories and skills required in today’s hyper-competitive environment. The curriculum includes nine core courses covering the functional areas of business — accounting, economics, finance, management, and marketing — along with ethics, leadership, organizational behavior, legal issues, global business, and strategy. You then choose one of the following concentrations to complete your MBA degree:

  • Finance: Prepare for financial leadership roles in corporations, investment banks, or financial planning firms by gaining an understanding of markets, institutions, investments, and financial planning.
  • Human Resource Management: Become qualified for executive roles in human resource management by learning skills in leadership, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Ministry Leadership: Gain skills that pertain to ministry leadership roles within a church and para-church organization while achieving overall personal and spiritual growth by studying a practical, biblical, and theological understanding of ministry.
